Default Clutch ?....

no i've head that on a puck clutch that they really dont need much break in time... is that right? this is what i got...

Racing 6 Button "E-Z LOCK PRO" Sprung Hub
Clutch Disc

US Patent
ClutchNet Manufacturing has a new 6 button "E-Z Lock Pro" sprung hub clutch disc

that will take your sport compact to new levels of performance.

It allows you to attain maximum performance from your clutch package during race,

or even while you wait for your burger at the drive-thru.

The exclusive sprung hub design uses thick-walled retainers that form a pocket

around the springs, resulting in less vibration and more consistent launches.

ClutchNet Manufacturing's assembly also includes an extra middle retainer and

special rivets that create a stronger, safer, and more reliable hub.

All of these features, combined with the "E-Z Lock Pro" 6 button disc,

equal an outstanding street-strip racing clutch that will withstand intense power.

ClutchNet Manufacturing's exclusive sprung hub available in any size and spline application .

any coments?

I was told about 300 miles of break in and the best method is to break it in hard. IE Cluch dumps! I have almost the same clutch, stage 3 clutch specialties 6 puck sprung and let me tell you this bitch chatters bad.

i got a clutch just like that, except it's an ACT clutch.

i got it used...so i dont know if you have to break it in or not. they last a very long time. because my buddy has been using his for over 3-4 years, and that's with weekend racing too. mine only had like...10k miles on it.

but dont shift when your rpm is real low, because it grabs hard, it'll rattle/shake your car.
