i'm prepping my 91 CRX HF for an engine swap, and i jumped all over a d16z6 engine & tranny combo for $300. a lot of people like the z6 tranny, but i was wondering if my d15 tranny would be better for an all motor build.
I have a D15B7 and was told to swap for an si tranny as well. Im having trouble finding one in England but i've found one in Ireland which came off a 1989 si crx ef7, will this fit on my B7 EJ2 coupe? :neutral:
well i finally got everything in and broken in. i hardly get out of 3rd gear, but i'd rather have another tranny. when i get one, i'd like to go ahead and replace the flywheel, clutch, etc. any recommendations on tranny and the other parts?
i was looking for a tranny from a 91 crx si, but it was an L3 tranny. are they any different from the L3 in my CRX HF, or is it not an SI tranny?
