Default D16b7 transmission compatibility

Hey guys I'm looking too buy a Honda Delso, It was stolen before and the theif messed the transmission up. I also own a eg hatch d15b vtec and many people have told me any d-series transmission is compatible with another d-series engine and I was wondering if this was true btw the engine in the delso is a d16b7 thanks David.

I believe most will work. I have a D15Z1 tranny on my D16Z6.

any hydrolic d-series transmission will bolt on, for best accelaration get an ex/si tranny.

Anyone knw if I can take my good motor, that's bolted to a 5 speed manaul trans, and put in in a civic w an auto tranny?

yes, flywheel/flexplate bolts are different and the throttle body and computer are different i believe otherwise should go right in
