Unstable clutch pedal height
I've been around with this problem since last november when a mechanic swapped the auto to a manual with a ceramic clutch disc. Sometimes the clutch engages on a much lower pedal height than it is used to, while it engages normally most of the time. There is also a creaking noise which I think that comes from inside the clutch only when depressing the clutch pedal, not when pressing it, and it is not always there, it seems that this creaking appears only after some hard driving/heavy traffic.
I took the car 3 times to this mechanic since then and I never had my problem solved so I'm giving up this mechanic. Last time he changed the slave cylinder with no improvement.
I need to get this thing fixed so that I can finally sell the car
Thanks for any help!
(PS: It's hydraulic)
