Default Clutch still grabing...

i have finished doing a auto to manual swap on my civic about 3 or so months ago. i started having a problem on shifting about a month ago. the clutch was still grabbing the flywheel. so i went and got a new master and slave for the the clutch and put new fluid and bleed it, and everything was great! i can shift so easy the pedal was even a little better.

but today i was having problems on shifting again but not as bad as the first time, and it feels like the clutch is grabbing again like if the slave is not moving the the clutch all the way.

i think it may be cause of 3 things...
i got a little air inside the lines.
i need to adjust the master.
or the rubber line that goes from the fire wall to the transmission is bad on the inside. that hose was a little wet on the bottom about 2 weeks ago and it was not been since but today i checked it out and the back side of the hose is wet and i did not drive in rain for a good few days.

info on car
96 civic hatch
stock engine stock dx trans
Competition Clutch Stage 2

thanks to everyone for helping me

It doesn't look like the level has gone down, (if it did, I didn't notice) but as i flushed out the system couple weeks ago, the fluid is already turning dark again.
