Default 7th gen tranny issue

So i have 2003 Civic LX, had issues with the tranny and Input shaft bearing. Anyways I got a rebuilt tranny from a honda tech on craigslist. So i swapped it in and started up good, then when id press the clutch pedal in it would grind away (TOB), just screaming. So i figure i needed a new throw out bearing.. well just got around to putting the one a friend gave me in (bnib)

Got it started up, ran mint, press the clutch in and it was perfect. Let it warm up to bleed the coolant system, 5-10 min later i press the clutch pedal and i hear a faint grind again... just got worse and worse til it was screaming about as loud as the old throw out bearing, which btw seemed fine when i pulled it. So any pressure on the clutch pedal causes a loud grind.

Not sure what the issue is now, any pointers?

no i havent actually, i was thinking maybe the flywheel was loose but i remember torquing it down, u think the bearing would cause enough play to make it move around enough to gring the PP fingers on the TOB
