Question D16Y7 tranny with AfterMarket Final

Hey wassup people..
Im looking for some information about this, if its possible to fit an aftermarket final drive as MFactory or Syncrotech on a D16Y7 tranny..

I know that some people just prefer the Y8 or Z6 tranny but.. im asking as I have about 3-5 Y7 trannys on my backyard..

It could work, but im just asking if someone have more information about this..

Thanks in advance...

yep, the final drives will fit, but finding a LSD is the hard part. Dunno where Chris is on the 35mm LSD group buy.

OEM 4.25 will also fit, I have a few left overs from FD upgrades.

I think it'd be quite a bit of fun, coarse it's the only tranny I've ever ridden with, much less driven.

Steel forks. Synchrotech FD's are MFactory FD's they label as their own.

Works without any problems. If you use a 4.9 FD you will need to clearance the clutch housing for it. If you want to order one just shoot me a PM.
