Default Oil in coolant resivour blown head?

Found oil in my coolant resivour, the coolant in there looks yellowish in spots and there is some oil on the hose coming from the lid.

I put a quart of oil in her in December and I'm out now. And before that I had a head gasket blown which I did get fixed. Any thoughts?

Sorry, just realized I'm in suspension. Mobile sucks.

Oftentimes, yes your head gasket is blown. Try to confirm this before tearing the engine apart by doing a compression test, leak down test, and/or CO2 detection test (blue chemical reacts with CO2 leaking into the radiator).
