Here is a lil list of tires I might buy when I get my Rotas (this would be for auto-x, drag, general hard driving):

(205-50-15 @ tirerack)
Kumho 712- $58
Yok AVS ES100- $74
Kumho 711- $43
Kumho MX- $79

I'm leaning toward the 712's for their price. Any other good suggestions?

Drew

prices look funny. My 195/55/15 yok es100s are only $58. Take a look at the bridgestone pole positions I'm very happy with the es100s

Well.. they are 205's. Could that be why they look funny?

Maybe I should ask this- is the 205 noticeably better than the 195's?

I have the 205/50/15's es 100's and I love them also....sticky as hell. Very low road noise also. Also, and kommon has mentioned...I hear good things about bridgestone pole positions.

I'm on my second set of Bridgestone S-03 PPs... very very very nice tire! I get boatloads of grip on dry pavement AND in the wet. If you look at the 195/50/15 size, you can get some pretty good deals on S-03s.

Well, the CRX is currently rolling on 15" White Rota slips, with 205-50-15 Falken Azenis.

I think I'm in LOVE.
