Very easy install... just unplug the old ECU, and plug in the EMS. Before you start it for the first time, you just have to power on and program a base map in. I got the car running again in ~15 minutes.

Every possible parameter can be configured, which is the problem. Unless you already have lots of intimate knowledge of ECU tuning, then there will be a steep learning curve. Getting an UEGO is highly recommended!
