Default Hand Tool Review: The Best Diagonal Cutter!

Knipex Diagonal Cutters

Cost: ~$40

What is it?
A high leverage multi purpose diagonal cutting tool.

Where can I get one?
Sears is where I purchased mine, Online retailers should have them as well.

What do you use it for?
Cutting plastics, Metal tabs, Zipties, wiring, anything that can be cut! It will even cut nails and screws!

Would I recommend this to others?

In a heartbeat of all of the diagonal cutters I have bought over the years NOTHING has stood up to the abuse this Knipex has!

Closing Comments:

If you don't already own a diagonal cutter I would pick one of these up They are solid German built and can handle just about anything you can throw at them.

I think that is a little to expensive. I saw similar quality but for 30-35$.

My kliens work amazing. 4 years of cutting everything to hard wire to coax to zip ties and the still are as good as the day I got them.

Knipex pliers are fucking bad ass. I've got this big pair of locking pliers from them, push button lock and tons of adjustment. The jaws are beastly, such hard metal they're still sharp as the day I bought it.
