Default Shift knob.

I bought this white plastic ball style shift knob by BLITZ (it was on sale for $10 at super autobacs), while I realized this is a trivial item I would just like to mention how damn comfortable this thing is. In addition if your car gets hot enough to boil water like mine does in the sun, this knob does not ever get hot. pic of similar greddy part

I agree with you on those spherical knobs. I got one of those cheepo replacement part knobs next to window cranks and other misc. crap at the AutoZone. Paid like $5 for it and it's a hell of a lot more comfortable than the stocker. The thread inserts didn't match honda shifter so I had to ream out the hole and JBWeld a nut in there to make it fit. So I guess it's really a pos.
