Default D15b7 block D16a6 Head

Hello everyone I know I am gonna get slammed on here for making this post probably. But I’ve been searching for a few hours now and I can’t seem to find the correct information for which I am seeking.
I have a 88 crx si with d16a6 mpfi. I recently shot a rod through the back of my block due to a bad failed oil pump. I have bought a D15B7 block off of a friend of mine and it is having the cylinders bored and new pistons and rings all new bearing a im replacing just about everything replaceable. How ever I have one little snag that is confusing me. I’m trying to figure out how to do the correct timing for my head and block. I’ve seen some post that say I need a different cam gear and others say that it is fine.
If anyone has any help with this I’d gladly appreciate it.
