Default White Smoke/burning plastic smell

After replacing a bunch of shit on my 97 civic ex (d16y8 manual) I was giving the car a test drive, then got a bunch of smoke, then when I got it home I notice that my tail pipe was trailing some clearish/white smoke.

Upon observing it I could smell something like plastic burning.

I've replaced the following:

Vtec gasket
IntAke manifold gasket
Intake manifold
Throttle body
Valve cover gaskets

I notice some wetness on the exhaust manifold that looks like it's coming from the valve cover

White smoke is coolant. Wetness on the mani I would also assume is coolant. Did you torque the head correctly? Was the head skimmed?

Just checked my coolant and now it's low.

The iacv hose that's closest to the throttle body runs to the bottom port of my skunk2 throttle body

And the other hose runs to the skunk manifold.

Real hard to get good pics of that
