Question Honda civic 1996 D13B4 motor

Hello everyone,

its my first honda car ever bought.
Did a little bit of info gathering but can seem to find the answers.

1. are the D13b series and d15b series gasket sets simulair?
2. Where can i find these?
3. What can i check more myself on the car to know its in good condition?

i am planning on changing a few things like the gasket and the engine mounts adding the most to do with the engine.

so if anyone can please point me in the right direction i would be very glad for any info regarding my questions and maby places online i can check to buy the parts.

thanks in advance everyone
