Default I need help with this issue obd0 to obd1

Hey guys! Alright...here's my problem I am in the middle of doing a mini me (d15b2 block z6 head) now i have done the mpfi conver on my 90 civic HB issue is doing obd0 to obd1 bought now 2 jumper harness , my problem is very mind boggling! Plug and play isn't working, re wired twice, one goes to limp mode the other doesn't even start it, I need help here...yes I bought the cheap jumper but it still shouldn't be this difficult. Anyone have any ideas? I'm 100% sure its the jumper pm6 ecu runs it fine but I have a p28 with jumper harness I need a correct pin out or some info! I'm very new to the obd0 gen civics and have no idea when it comes to this wiring ( I have done research for 3 months and no pin out works correctly only one works but goes into limp mode)
