Default Jdm d15b trouble/starting

I am still at a stand still. I have been reading this manual for my vehicle and I am still having trouble for a no start. The vehicle is a 1994 Honda Civic sedan ex. JHMEH model. Changed ecu, distributor, spark plugs, main relay, fuel pump. No spark and no power to my fuel pump. It cranks but it doesn't start up. It literally sounds like its about to start, except it won't.

Would this be an ignition problem?
The check engine stays on now when it used to not stay on.
I tried to check the codes by jumping on the blue 2/3 terminal female plugs that hang there with a wire and the engine light did NOT blink.

Could there be a loose or grounded out wire?

Ive check and haven't seen or noticed any that were exposed.

I am stuck .

I think you used the wrong plug to check for codes. The plug is a two wire plug with a brown/black and black wires in it.

Are you getting power at the main relay? The yellow wire should have 12 volts all the time. The black/yellow wire should have 12 volts with ignition on. With ignition on the yellow/black wires should have 12volts and there the one that give the Ecu it power. The black wire is ground.

Make sure the thermostat ground is hooked up and tight. This is where the Ecu gets its ground from along with the main relay.

Are all fuses good?

What was done to the car? Was it running before?

The thermostat ground in the engine bay correct?

It was literally driving, got off work. When i got home i had to take my gf to work.
i took her to work then stopped at the store. walked out after about 2 min in the store and it wouldn't start. thought it was faulty main relay so i got new one, still not starting, noticed ash substance in distributor. bout new distributor and spark plugs. I changed the eco but could their be a ground thats not good?! i will double check that i am getting power to my main relay.

So the only
One with power on my main relay is the black wire with yellow stripe on it. No
Other ones have power.. What could this mean?
