Default Rdx injectors and jumpers question.

hey guys, got a question regarding these injectors and jumpers.

RDX 410cc Fuel Injectors w Jumper Harness K Tuned Hats B D Series Engines | eBay

will these plug into my z6 fuel rai, and will the jumpers work with my obd0 hanress plugs ?

rdx 410cc injectors. they come with a pig tail, wich im not sure is plug and play obd0 harness. obd1 factory inj plug and play in a obd0 harness right ? z6 injectors plug right in this i know. so will these harnesses work ? im guessing so so as lot of guys run b16 injectors correct ? if not i can just solder them in ?

if so ill jump on this whole package. if not ill just get some regular 240cc newer styled inj and have a plug and play.

only reason for opting for the rdx's is i can eventually upgrade the fuel pump and run e85 for some extra hp.

I was outside tonight and saw a light in the clouds in the shape of a fuel injector, but FYI a PM is usually a bit faster & easier...

Yes that kit will work in a D16Z6, but you'll have to cut those adapters & crimp them to your harness. OR you could get a set of IN600's for less, have more injector flow, a better fit, and wireless adapters that plug directly into your harness. I also include new lower seals. I'll also reply to your email.

find out what style clip the injectors take and then you can find pigtails on ebay or by searching what cars took them from the factory. As far as fitment goes, you can look up total injector height and bore sizes on rail and intake to find out if they will fit correctly. I usually go by ebay description pages to find out what fits what. (that is if a google search doesnt bring up what you need to begin with).

The thing is they say they fit, but the last set I handled didn't fit that well. Also different tophats have different measurements, and all lengths you'll find are for the distance between o-rings. Since Z6's don't seal like a k-series, it's not that helpful.

I also forgot to mention there's no matching performed. Those resellers grab 4 out of a bulk box and toss them in a box. The sets I've tested were from 3 different sellers, and all were 3-4% off from each other. Decent matching will be a 2% total spread, companies that give a shit are 1% or better.

Those adapter pigtails are for obd2/k-series stock injector plugs. Won't work with obd0/obd1 injector plugs.

Yes but it took a lot of trial & error. Matching full flow is easy, matching the dynamic curves much less so. Equipment precision & measuring/matching techniques are the key.

I also offer re-testing to customers - they get piece-of-mind and I get to check if my equipment is "drifting" over time. The last set from Wischmaster was +/- 0.61% static and 0.81% dynamic flow after 2-3 yrs with E85.


Here's the wireless adapters I include (OBD1/OBD0 on left, OBD2 on right). They use a single piece of metal to bridge each connection, opposed to 3 pieces per conductor for the wired adapters:

i will 110% be ordering from you. just need to collect some more parts.

this is a pretty obvious question, but just to be sure, a s300 (hondata) should have zero problems controlling these injectors ?

im excited, maybe ill just grab a fuel pump and jump right to e85.

ive built a few high hp cars, turbo and all motor, using jwt chipped ecus, and aem full standalones.

first honda build, first time building this platform.

just want to be rock solid in my decisions.
