Slow down a bit, we're going to need some information.

How long was "everything going good" for?

Anything change with the car anytime soon before the issue?

What makes you think the pump is going bad to want to replace it?

Have you tried jumping the main relay to trigger the pump manually to verify it works?

What is the check engine light doing?

What ecu?

Ect....

The more you tell us like this the better we can give you guesses that might actually help you.

Well the car was running for a total of 3 days nd everything was running fairly smooth, every once in a while the car would wanna try to die on me when i came to a stop :/. So as i said i went to go turn my car on nd usualy u can hear the fuel pump engauge when u turn the key to the onII position nd the pump was dead silent. So i turned to a couple of honda forums nd even youtube nd came up with the same answer.... Fuel pump is dead. So i bought a new one nd put it in.
I primed tge pump 3 times to get all the air out of the fuel line incase there was air in the lin. It primed then when i went to start it.... Fuel pump was dead silent again.
So i do more reserch... In that reserch i found how to test the pump by running a jumper wire from 1 - 7 that worked. So then i turned the key to the onII position nd run a jumper wire from 5 - 7 it worked. So i replaced the main relay. Costed me $50 nd tried that... Still dead silen.
The ecu is the stock ecu for the manual transmission. The motor is a D15B7.
I dont have a code scanner so i dont know what codes it is throwing.
As far as the check engine light goes. It would come on as soon as the motor would warm up.
Idk what to do here that is why i am turning to u guys. I hope u can help

Check the ground on your thermostat housing as well as the other large grounding wires in the engine bay, one on tranny and other on engine.

Make sure they're clean and have a good connection.

Can you take a small piece of wire and manually run it from the negative terminal on the battery to the ground wire on the thermostat housing?

Also, you don't need a code scanner to check your codes. You can jump 2 pins on a connector under the dash and your check engine will flash a pattern of long and short flashes that represent 10's and 1's to give you the code number.

A quick google search on how to check obd1 honda codes should get you the detailed info on how.

A wire from your batteries negative terminal to this

Have you googled anything I've suggested or are you waiting for me to do it for you?

I literally copy & pasted my previous post snippet into google and found the answer immediately.

On the pass side under the glove box there's a 2 wire plug with a black and brown wire. Find that plug and jump it. This will get you the code(s).

Check the main relay for 12 volts. There 2 wires that have 12 volts. Yellow wire is hot all the time and a black/yellow wire that is switched. The main relay needs both wires to have 12 volts to work.
