Light code is still on for p1259 vtec malfunction . Am I supposed to reset the ecu and delete the code? Or might have i done something wrong? Before I had a d16y7 head running with a d16y8 Ecu .

Need more info on your new setup? What head on which block. What ecu are you running?
Are you using vtec? Hard to know without those things. Also welcome to d series.
