Default d15 question

There is a threaded hole by cylinder 1 that goes into the water jacket..I'm pretty positive it's a factory hole just need to know what it's for and what I do with it. This motor is a d15b2 and is going to have a y8 head and will be going in a 1999 civic ex

Water jacket drain plug. A large threaded bolt goes in there.
