Default D17A2 swap to D17A

I have 01 Civic EX with a D17A2 motor. The headgasket is blown. I'm interested in swapping to a D17A JDM engine. I've got someone who can do the motor swap, but I need to watch out for pitfalls. If I drop my car off and this D17A motor at the shop, what should they be aware of?

Things I'm concerned about.
Immobilizer - If I use the original ECU, this shouldn't be a problem. Should it?
Sensors - Will the wiring harness of my current sensors hook up to the new engine?

Anyone have any useful links Guides, walkthroughs, or previous success story links? Before I drop the $$$ on a JDM engine I need to know that this is doable and not too complicated for a shop.
