Default D16 chrome valve cover bolts

Can someone tell me what years of Civics used the chrome valve cover bolts and chrome washers? I have a 98 Civic D16Y8 but they are just the worn out black ones and want to order some OEM chrome ones from Honda......just want to make sure I order ones that are chrome.

thanks

Probably cheaper to buy chrome ones instead.

If honda doesn't offer them in chrome then use ones from a Toyota or something that does.

I collect chrome rocker cover dome nuts from the wreckers, no one else seems to want them, just laying on the ground

The chrome valve cover bolts are from the 7th gen civic. I actually sell sets on eBay and so do many other people. They will bolt into the ek & eg valve covers just fine. It’s cheaper to get them off junkyard cars or eBay than buying new ones or even dipping them.
