Default D16z6 wonít start more then once

I got my d16z6 turbo build running but as soon as I shut it off it wonít start again. It has fuel pressure at the rail and it has spark. It fires up right away but once itís shut off it will not start again until several hours later or the following day. It seems to be maybe something in the ecu or possibly the main relay but not sure. Do you guys have any ideas?

Did you try testing the main relay?
