Default D15b7 smoking bad

Starts up and runs good but smokes like a broke stove.

Oil on #3 spark plug, not coming from valve cover gaskets, I put rtv all over (troubleshooting).

Took off the header and started it for a couple seconds and oil started pouring out of the #3 exhaust port. And I mean pouring. ( Along with all the smoke)

What would make oil come out that fast? Lower spark plug tube gaskets under the rockers?
