Default EUDM Civic MA8 from d14a2 to d16z6

Hello guys.

Heres a vid of my first turbo build from last year.
EUDM Honda civic MA8 d14a2 turbo
Dynoed to 97whp and 146nm on 0.3bar.

I know the oil return is fucked upp cus i didnt clock the turbo.
And the oil return line actualy burnt up later on lol

Goal: 250-300whp

Picked up a spare d16z6 before the holidays, and i coulnt stop playing whit the thought of testing my newly bought z6 in the car before instaling the eagle/vitara z6 engine.

So i threw a gear on it and droped it in the MA8´s enginebay.
The tought was to testfit it so that all the mounts were in exactly same place as the the ones on the d14a2 engine. And to test the obd1 conversion.
After some ground and battery problems we got the engine to start by useing engine startergas. But the fuel pump didn´t run.

Because the p28 ecu has 2 FLR wires and my car only has one, i ignored the 2 cabel, but after switching from FLR cabel 1 to 2 it started.

The engine ran very well and the sound of vtec was almost orgasmic...

Just need to do some adjustments and then its time to throw in the eagle/vitara z6 and the neptune rtp p28 ecu!

just got the valvecover, block and im painted whit hightemp spraypaint.
and grinded the "vtec" letters of the valvecover in hope that the carinspectors wont notice the engine swap, there pretty hard when it comes to swaps.

Update.

Got the spare z6 out a week before to prepare for the new vitara/eagle z6

Got the gearbox mounted on the engine this weekend and threw in the vitara/eagle z6.

Jumped in the car and fired it up. nervous as hell, vus this is my first build.
But it all went well.

What i know, this is the the first MA8 civic whit a z6 eagle/vitara swap

Ill upload a vid of the first startup soon.
