Question Need to know what else i need

i have a stock D16y8 in my 2000 Civic Ex, i just aquired a Xs Power T3/T4 turbo with garret internals, a Xs Power wastegate with 8 lb. spring, some 370cc yellow top injectors, a 255gph walbro fuel pump, an FMIC out of an Evo with all piping and clamps, an HKS blow off valve, the oil feed line to the turbo, the drain hose and oil pan fitting, and all the gaskets and o-rings i need. i know i obviously need a turbo manifold and better ignition system and fuel management now, what are some of my options.. Hondata?? i only plan on running 5-6 psi right now cause my bottom end isn't built, and i'm keeping my air conditioning and power steering. does anyone sell a whole a/c and p/s compatable manifold and downpipe set-up?? give me some tips and let me know what you think, thank you

greg at go-autoworks is the only guy i would go to for such items, look around, hes not hard to find on the site (GO-AUTOWORKS.com)

hondata is great but very expensive, crome would work great for what you are trying to accomplish and is A LOT cheaper... you dont need an ignition upgrade

oh and props for a HMT setup of sorts

Go-Autoworks.com can hook you up with a manifold and AC compatible downpipe. It's fairly widely held consensus here that you should install a set of ARP headstuds and a new headgasket. Other things you need include an upgraded clutch and a catch can setup. Stock Honda ignition on a d-series is good to 400HP+, so you are all set there.

As far as engine management goes, you have a couple of choices. Assuming you don't have too serious a problem with emissions testing (not Cal...), the best is probably to get a OBD2b-OBD1 jumper and run a chipped OBD1 ECU. You can then use Hondata, or I would recommend looking into something like Crome, Crome pro, or eCtune. Xenocron.com can hook you up with all that stuff. The other option is staying OBD2 and using Greddy eManage Ultimate.

The last thing that crosses my mind (and I'm by no means an expert here), is that turbo is a little big for a stock block setup. It will spool pretty late at those low boost levels. You'll also need a new spring for the wastegate, since 8PSI may be a little much. The T3/T4 will be better on a built block, but a straight T3 is probably better on a stock block setup. Of course you may just want to deal with it for now if you plan on upping the boost later on.

for the engine management change form obd2 to obd1 and run crome or uberdata
as for the ignition, the stock one will do the job but if you wanna stay a lil bit more safe get some cold sparks

All them have you on the right track, just throwing out some info that the stock ignition system has been good for over 600hp

I think the t3/t4 is okay on his setup, look at rrussell's sons d15.

aight, i got a really good deal on this stuff, otherwise i would've got a T25 or a T3 with a smaller wastegate, but i don't have the money to build and forge up the block and i really want to have this on the car for this next show season this spring. i also have another tranny that was just re-built and i plan on putting a Phantom Grip LSD in it, with a stage two clutch. and i guess as far as the motor, i'm gonna do like yall said and go with Go Autoworks downpipe and flex pipe and manifold kit, and an electronic fuel management set-up. and a new head gasket w/ARP studs and a new timing belt and such, some colder spark plugs should have me running low boost dependably huh?

If you got a great deal on the turbo, then it's the perfect turbo for your build!

Forget the Phanlom Slip and save your money for a helical LSD. Search the trans section for phantom and see for yourself. The OBX has been a great alternative until the recent quality control issues. I'm personally saving my $$$ for a mFactory d-series LSD when they come out.

PS: Here's a pic Transzex posted in a thread about a the Phantom Grip:
