Default t25 o2 housing flange

i have a t25 with the o2 housing (the part that attaches to the turbine outlet). and i wanted to make a downpipe of of the o2 housing... does anyone know where i can buy the flange???

another question... would it be more advantageous for me to make a downpipe directly off of the turbine outlet?

and lastly... where can i buy the flange that allows the downpipe to connect to the rest of my exhaust.

ok i lied... how much would it cost for a shop to weld a downpipe and "sidemount" IC piping?... i have the piping too...except they have to cut it...
