Default external wastegate

ok i found this https://www.d-series.org/forums//showthread.php?t=73444 it is set up for a vacuum box and a EBC... well i have a MBC. so how would i route it. the bottom goes to compressor housing, intake manifold, or intercooler pipe. And leave the top alone and let it vent into the atmosphere? i got that from http://www.hallmanboostcontroller.co...tions%20ld.pdf

look at the diagram in post #5 in the first link you posted. you'll basically have 1 hose coming from the compressor outlet to the MBC. then you will have another hose from the MBC that will go to your waste gate.

also with any wastegate; you can only increase boost higher than the spring rate in your wastegate, you cannot go lower unless you swap it out for a different spring rate.

i know you can adjust the springs and cant go lower then the set amount on the spring. but there is two spots for vacuum on the external wastegate.

Side port is what you need to use. Leave the top one open.
