Default What i need to get T25 to work?

Well, I bought this T25 turbo from a guy at work. I Know i need like and exhaust manifold, and down pipe, and charge piping. How do I control the boost on this thing though? He said it is set to 12psi stock, and im 100% sure thats way too much for my little honda. Im new at this stuff and i just want some advice. thanks. Oh and let me know if im forgetting something else i need!

oh and this manifold looked like a good one for the price.

We could use a little more info about your car, like what motor it has and what kind of shape it's in.

12 psi from that little turbo I dont think would be a problem with a well maintained motor, running an intercooler with some decent fuel management.

that turbo's stock wastegate is 7-8 psi depending on where you mount the wastegate hose.
