Default Best oil weight

What is the best weight oil to run with a turbo set up? I've heard alot from friends, I want some opinions from fellow d drivers that know what will work best.
I'm running 5-30 full synthetic right now, do I need to step it up to 10-30?

Depend's on what tempature it is outside. I would be more concerned about putting a good brand name oil that has a good reputation. Synthetic is a added plus, I highly recomend Synthetic!
