Default B series greddy 18g

I know this is a long shot, but has anyone ran a gt28 turbo on a greddy turbo manifold? I have a customer with a 18g that just died. I can add the coolant lines for a gt turbo, but we want to make sure it fits in the same space as the 18g. The exhaust housing should bolt on from what I can tell.
