Default ZEX cam help!

dont yell at me guys, ive looked everywhere but i cant find an exact answer... but here goes... i bought a z6 longblock and it had a zex cam in it... i took the head apart and saw 105300 etched into the cam... was this zex's old numbers for a z6 cam or is this a y8 cam? motor was previously ran with it....

i see that z6 cams was supposed to have a 59300 etched in it
but i found old post of people saying 59300 was same as 105300
so now im confused...

the 105300 and the 59300 are the same profile with 4* difference in cam timing. Or something like that

the 59300 is for a z6 and the 105300 is for y8 -- you would just need a adjustable cam gear to run it properly.. but same profile

timing
z6 = 16* btdc
y8 = 12* btdc
