Default Need help and thoughts on my problem

OK the problem is when i first start my car (cold) it doesnt want to stay running it will just idle for 3-5 secs then die i can keep it running and once it gets a little warm it stays running and idles fine sounds like its missing slightly only when cold does it do that when its all the way warm it fires right up everytime.
i have

Adjusted valves
checked timing atleast 20 times
replaced Dizzy, plugs, wires, cap and rotor with all OEM parts
compression test
screwed in the with thing in the fast idle thermo valve
checked firing order
checked fuel pressure
had the injectors cleaned
checked grounds
gapped plugs to 26 (boosted on 22psi)

iam lost any helpful info is appreciated

I'm a little tired from no sleep but have u checked the main relay? Could be a cold solder joint that when it warms up it completes the joint but when cold it only primes fuel for starting?.

No CEL's and yes tuned on ECtune, it started like 3 days after it was tuned started by not wanting to start figured out that problem was the fpr so i replaced that then it just started backfiring when downshifting and has gone downhill from there
