Default Valve lash adjustment

I'm finally getting my car tuned this week. issues after issues omg i'm so sick of it. i hope the car makes the power its suppose to make. Anyways do you guys have a specfic valve lash settings for the stock cam other than using factory specs? I remember a seeing a dyno sheet along time ago of a member making slight adjustments on there valve lash and picked up some power. thanks in advance..
