Question Turbo D17 stops accelerating full throttle

Hello,

I have a civic d17a2 with a turbo now i have a strange problem.
When is push the accelerator slightly down there is no problem.
But when i push it over 75% until 100% throttle then it stops accelerating.

It feels like running against a heavy wind.

Thanks,
Tom
