Default greddy mani with external gate?

im thining of buying this greddy manifold..
http://hondamarketplace.com/zerothread?id=2415926

if i buy this, since its already flanged for an external wastegate, what exactly would i need to do to make this work with my 15g/19t snail? weld the flapper shut, but as far as getting the external gate itself, is there a certain size i would need? etc...

you can keep the internal waste gate hooked up to the flapper just do not give it a signal so it will never open and have the external do all the work...i think the greddy uses an 38mm wastegate but i could be and most likely wrong
