i have a pm6 ecu to use and i was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction to get a chip of some sort for drag racing. i will only use wide open throttle so i just need something to help me wide open. no midrange or daily driving. i have i/h/e, a cam, and stripped out car.

A "chip" isn't going to add HP. Getting your car tuned will. With a intake and cam your wot a/f ratio is probably a little lean. Increasing fuel at wot via a fpr or installing a ZIF socket and actually increasing the duty cycle should add a little HP (if your lean at WOT). Also putting your car on a dy-HO and increasing timing to see if it increases torque adds power.
