Default y8 head swap wiring questions...

I have y7 setup/harness and when I'll swap head, I'll have to wire vtec yes with newer p2p or something else instead of P2E , but about IACV, I already got y8 intake(with y7tb) on my y7 setup and IACV is on the TB. Does IACV swap is needed, or TB swap or new wiring or just keeping actual y7 tb and IACV ?

I'm lil bit f***** with everything is touching wiring harness and everything about truth behind it to work well...

A big thank you

You can only run the 3-wire Y8 throttle body if you run an automatic ecu - all the manuals are looking for a 2-wire.
