Default emmissions and obd2 - obd 1

I have uberdata on my car now 96 civic so it has the obd2-obd1 conversion. I was wondering what kind of tuning or what solutions people are using in states that require the OBD dataport for emissions.

either you pull everything off and put back the stock ecu, or you find a 'friendly' station that will pass it for you for a few dollars.

In Texas, only a few counties have the OBDII test requirement and pre 1996 models use a different (sniffer, I think) test than the OBDII cars. The local inspection shop that I use indicated that they could simply use the 'pre '96' test if the car had been converted. Might be worth talking to your inspection place.
