Question neptune rtp/demon stock boosted D16Y8

I just recently bought Neptune RTP/Demon 2 combo and am new to tuning. 1997 Civic EX s20 trans stock dizzy D16Y8 on stock internals boosted with t3/t4 .63/.57 turbo, BDL Performance high flow fuel rail with ebay fpr and 750cc ebay injectors, p28 ecu, 2.5"intercooler piping and downpipe, stack st3401 wideband running 100% 93 octane gasoline, and ebay 3 bar map. Cant create basemap to get it started. before i installed the 3 bar and 750cc injectors i had my stock map and injectors installed and created a map and had it running(idling). I put the aftermarket parts on and no luck with map. went back to stock and no luck with the stock parts!!!???? Please help any and all would be greatly appreciated
