Default Hondata s300 and rc750s fueling issue

hello everyone
i am having some trouble with a car i'm tuning with a s300 v3 and rc750's.
while i am using the hondata supplied offsets for the rc750's, i cant get the car to have normal idle afrs until i put -90 at the overall fuel trim tab, anything lower then -90 give me afrs of 13.0-12.0

when using crome/neptune offsets i can get normal afrs (13.7-15)
any idea on how to solve this?

all my tests were in open loop. and everything in the options is disabled, this car was running mint with crome,

thanks
