Default D16z6 turbo injector voltage problem

hi guys..

i have problem with injector voltage, have 12.5v on black/yelow and only 3,5v from wires from comp..

What can be problem??
I start other car with this ecu, so ecu is good..

Car is eg 1.3 but i have change harness from d16z6..
Only thing i didnt change is wires on left side, but i have connected it on engine and ecu harnes..

All lights work, interior and exterior, all turn signal works..

I have good conection between injector and ecu..

The PCM controls the injectors by opening/closing the ground circuit.

Power is supplied from the ignition circuit. The ECU controls the ground.

You dont want to see voltage at the ECU injector wires.

Take in mind that injectors were controlled by a pulse-width modulation signal also. So you will not see a full 12v voltage on inyectors at least there are running at 100% PWM
