Default Need help installing a Hall sensor on my crank pulley

Ok this is my dilema. Im instaling a stand alone unit in my D15B2, and the stand alone unit Ill be using wont let me use the stock dizzy sensors. So I need to fabricate a custom bracket to hold the sensor near the pulley and I need to drill some holes on the pulley and adapt this 60-2 teeth crank trigger on it. My problem is that I dont know if the EMPTY ( missing 2 teeth) is where TDC should be. Should I align the sensor with the EMPTY part on the crank trigger is at TDC? li it is on this pic?
