Default Switching cam from OBD1 to OBD2?

What do i have to watch out for when switching from OBD1 cam to a OBD2 one in a OBD1 Engine?
Do i have to use an OBD2 dis with OBD1 internals and an ajustable camgear?

And i measured both cams D15z1 and D15z6 and these are the results:

first picture is view from the distributor side

Position camgear key to distributor key:

D15z1 = 1630'
D15z6 = 9

Difference = 730'

Overlap of both cams is 69
lobeseperation of both cams is 111

distributor grove widenes is 4,13mm / 0.1625'' at both cams

both have the same intake lift of 4,93mm / 0.194''
the exhaust side is different D15z1 = 3,41mm / 0.134'' D15z6 = 4,19mm / 0.165''

What do you think will i have some advantage of using the D15z6 cam in my setup and how can i kompensate the angla differences?

You guys are so funny.
I don't whant to go OBD2, i stay with OBD1 in my hatch!

D15z1 vtec-e 91-95

D15z6 vtec-e 96-99 EUDM / UK

Honda D engine - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I'd like to use the D15z6 cam because it has more lift on the exaust side and the main question is will i have some benefit of it.
