Default Ecu help

So I have a stock p2e ecu in my 96 civic dx with a d16y7. I am about to turbo it, and was wondering whats a better ecu to get. I am not looking for anything big like hondata or aem, but rather another honda ecu thatts chipped with a basemap.

you can do that, but the safety of your motor is in jeopardy if it is untuned.

a base map is meant to get the car started and driving well enough to go from your house to a tuner

without knowing AFR's ect I wouldnt recommend driving it. if you had a basemap and a wb gauge and it didnt go lean anywhere you could drive it but i wouldnt beat the snot out of it
