Default Question...

Ok here my delima... Just did a mini me swap y8 head on a 7y block...

Now I'm still running the y7 ecu... but i have the correct ecu for the y8 head

But the problem is I just have the y7 intake manifold. How can I get the y8 computer to work on this intake manifold? I've tried in the past and it doesn't work... In need of some help here guys

i don't think you can really. You need to convert to a 2 wire IACV if you have a manual P2P ECU and your Y7 IM/TB uses a 3 wire IACV. You could try blocking off the Y7 IACV and remotely mounting a Y8 IACV somewhere, but even that might not work. The only way to do it w/o switching to the Y8 IM would be to get an Auto P2P ECU but then you'd throw CEL's all day. I have a Y8 IM for sale BTW
