Default p28 with stock 91 resistor box and injectors?

i have a p28 ecu that is not chipped and wonder if it will run the stock d16a6 resistor box and stock 240cc injectors. i would be putting these injectors into a complete d16y8 engine including intake manifold.

Low impedance injectors need a resistor box high impedance do not. What are the injectors out of ?
Stock 91 civic d16a6 injectors are low impedance.

How to tell ohm them out 3 is low 12 is high.

i realize that the 91 a6 injectors are low impedance and they need a resistor box to operate but my question is, is will the p28 stock ecu operate those injector with the stock resistor box and stock low impedance injectors out of a d16a6. i will be have an obd0 to obd1 conversion harness for the p28.
