No, the compression heights are very different. You need some PM0 or PM2 pistons, if my memory serves me correctly.

i want to use the D16 pistons with an D14z2 engin and a D16Z6 cylinderhead, because there are no D14 dome pistons to bye to drive with 11:1 ore so
