Default 06 Code HELP! OBD0

Ok so my uncle and I changed my clutch yesterday. We just dropped the motor a bit to get to the clutch. After we where done I started it up and now it is idling uber high. Also I noticed there is a sensor (I think) Right under my distributor that seems to have been disconnected and I cant figure out what it is. Is this all related? Will replacing the sensor fix the problem?

P.S.

My gas mileage went down ALOT. I can actually see the needle moving.

Yes. I checked the ECU. It blinks 6 times. But I am curious as to what that sensor is under my distributor

Coolant temp sensor. That will make it idle high. I assume it's the 2 wire right?
